✦By commissioning me, it's assumed you have read and agreed to my TOS.
✦I can refuse your commission if I am uncomfortable with it.
✦Commissioned art is for personal use only. Do not sell my works or use it for commercial purposes. If you would like to buy commercial rights of the artwork, you must discuss this with me so we can agree on a price (see section).
✦I still have the rights to all my art. Feeding it to AI, using it as an NFT, or any form of tracing/stealing is prohibited.
✦Artwork may as samples and content, unless requested to remain private.
✦Reposting art is OK, but please credit me!!
✦Payment✦
✦I only be accept payments through Paypal.
✦I will only start working past a sketch with full or 50% payment upfront. Refunds will not be accepted after the sketching stage.
✦Tips are very appreciated!! ^^
✦Process✦
✦Please be patient! Commissions can take many days to up to weeks to finish, depending on my workload and order size.
✦I will provide sketch, line art, and coloring wips so you may make as many edits as needed. Edits requested past the rendering phase may be additionally charged.
✦I'll send the final product via email. You can also request a transparent PNG of the image.
✦Commercial Use✦
✦With commercial licensing, you are free to use the art for branding, videos/streams, selling, etc.
✦Depending on usage, commercial licensing can cost from 2x to 10x.✦Printing for personal use, reposting on social media and sharing is not considered commercial. Feel free to ask if your usage requires licensing or not :]
